We                                         (name of your team) confirm to participate in the 2006 China Dragon Boat Festival Month viz. the 3^rd Nanning China International Dragon Boat Invitational Tournament to be held from June 3^rd to 4^th 2006.

We promise that all the participants are healthy, have been trained and can swim 200 meters with light clothes. We’ll observe all the regulations and rules made by the organizers. We will bear the expenses of injury; death and property loss during the racing or travel before and after the race. We will not sue the organizer or individual related directly or indirectly to the 3^rd Nanning China International Dragon Boat Invitational Tournament of the 2006 China Dragon Boat Festival Month for the responsibility of the above-mentioned matters.
